How do we verify your age?

When you place an order on our website, you'll need to provide your full registered name, billing address, and date of birth. This is simply an ID check; it will not affect your credit score.

What happens if the check fails?

If there are any issues, like a recent address change or a different name format, Age Checked might not be able to verify your age. In such cases, we'll correct the details and either try another age verification method or ask for another valid proof of age, such as a UK Driver’s License or Passport.

If we can’t confirm your age with the details provided your order will not be processed and you will receive a notification to confirm that your order has been cancelled.
